Let's see, I've switched to W8 now, just to be sure. Assuming you have RocketDock already installed and my file downloaded, you need to do the following: 1) Open the archive 2) Select the folder in it and press Ctrl + C to copy to clipboard 3) Now go to the RocketDock installation folder (in my case it's E:\Program Files (x86)\RocketDock) and open the "Skins" folder. 4) Now press Ctrl + V to paste the skin it the folder 5) Finally, right-click anywhere on RocketDock and choose "Dock settings...", open the "Style" tab and from the theme drop-down choose "Layer", hit OK and you're done.
